Every day, we take the temperature of all employees at the restaurant of LIUYISHOU HotPot and we are prepared to repeat at the slightest symptom of indisposition or even fatigue.
So far, all temperature tests have been negative.
All employees who have to prepare food, before starting their tasks, disinfect his hands in a 15 ” solution.
After disinfection, and before prepare food, they are equipped with disposable gloves.
All chef and kitchen assistants are equipped with certified masks while they prepare meals.
All kitchen elements and utensils, in addition to high-temperature machine washing, are disinfected with the P3 Alcodes product from ECOLAB.
For areas where maximum disinfectant action is needed, SANYTOL and DS 300 products are used.
The 3 areas of the Restaurant: Kitchen, Dining Room and WC are cleaned and disinfected several times a day following a pre-established protocol and controlling each and every one of the sections in a detailed questionnaire.
The protocols that regulate the strict cleaning of the 3 areas of the Restaurant are controlled in daily stages, signed by those responsible and by the supervisor.
All Clients, before entering the Restaurant, are asked if they are healthy.
If we have any doubts about the health status of customers or if they are equipped with a protective mask, we kindly invited to leave our premises.
In several points of the Restaurant there are dispensers of Alcohol disinfectant in gel format, to prevent the possible contagion between Clients.
